Community Manager – Ridgemont Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Ridgemont property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and supervise team members.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Set rent rates and drive revenue to meet targeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other multi‑family housing laws.
• Review marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to implement policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing financial and marketing data.
