Community Manager – Ridgemont at Stringers

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Ridgemont at Stringers property, ensuring the team delivers on financial and operational targets while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the property’s daily activities, team members, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and performance metrics.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple operational priorities.
