Community Manager – Riachi at One21

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Riachi at One21 property, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile charges to appropriate accounting codes.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
