Community Manager – Revella on Main

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Revella on Main property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and manage bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading new‑development or lease‑up properties.
• Strong background in property operations and leasing strategy.
• Hospitality or hotel operations experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
