Community Manager – Property Operations

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager for its Prose Kent property. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures financial and regulatory goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational targets.
• Control expenditures, approve maintenance repairs, and stay within approved budgets.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, performance management and goal achievement.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory abilities to lead and evaluate team members.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and fiscal reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi/OneSite property management software.
