Community Manager – Perimeter Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Perimeter Pointe property in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees the daily operations of the garden‑style community, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits and ensure timely posting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, handle evictions and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to inform pricing and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with vendors and owners.
