Community Manager - Oaklyn

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its Oaklyn property. The role combines property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
