Community Manager – Marlowe Temecula

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marlowe Temecula property. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, team members, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee rent collection, post payments, make bank deposits, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, manage petty‑cash fund, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Lead lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewal leases.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of community management experience in a stabilized, institutional‑client environment.
• Proficiency with Entrata property management system and lease‑up processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with owners, vendors, and residents.
• Preferred experience in market surveys, data analysis, and analytics.
