Community Manager - Maris Cape Cod

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Maris Cape Cod property. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience for a multifamily community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Oversee rent collection, invoice approval, and petty‑cash management while maintaining compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Administer lease processes: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, enforce notices, and handle evictions and late‑fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage multifamily property operations and achieve financial objectives.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, rent collection, and vendor invoice processing.
• Ability to interpret market data and develop effective leasing strategies.
