Community Manager – Linden Highlands

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at its Linden Highlands property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, including maintenance repairs, within approved budget limits.
• Manage lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, performance management, and goal achievement.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory skills with ability to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, fiscal reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Yardi/OneSite property management software.
