Community Manager (Lease Up) – Lookout Pointe

About the role

The Community Manager (Lease Up) will oversee daily operations of the Lookout Pointe property, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input for property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties, including budgeting and revenue optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Excellent analytical skills for market and financial performance evaluation.
