Community Manager – Lantower West Love

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Lantower West Love property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and supervise team members.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust the property budget based on financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
- Analyze financial performance, generate operational reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and oversee resident communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
