Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to be the public face of Kingsisle’s games, including Wizard101, Pirate101 and Ravenwood Academy. You will act as the bridge between our internal game teams and the player community, ensuring feedback is heard and fostering engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Kingsisle games publicly, addressing community concerns promptly and delivering clear messaging for news and updates.
• Plan and execute the community roadmap, scheduling critical community beats throughout the year.
• Collaborate with the existing Community Manager to run activations and provide feedback.
• Work closely with Marketing to align community initiatives with broader studio goals.
• Create entertaining social‑media campaigns to grow brand awareness.
• Design and run community‑centric projects such as contests, surveys and newsletters.
• Manage relationships with key content creators and oversee creator initiatives.
• Coordinate and host livestreams with Marketing and Design teams.
• Produce regular reports summarising community actions, performance metrics and improvement plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience managing online video‑game communities (live‑service experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced environments.
• Creative mindset, up‑to‑date with current trends and comfortable streaming on platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
• Data‑driven attitude with a love for discovering insights.
• Excellent team player who can also operate independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
