Community Manager

About the role

Bubble is looking for a highly organized, creative and relationship‑driven Community Manager to lead its ambassador, college representative, Insider and parent programs. Based in New York with a hybrid schedule, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn community members into lifelong brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day engagement and moderation across Bubble’s Insider and ambassador communities.
• Design and run recurring initiatives such as weekly challenges, Q&As, product education sessions and monthly virtual events.
• Lead personalized outreach, surprise‑and‑delight campaigns and other touchpoints to boost retention.
• Support growth of the ambassador ecosystem, including segmentation, communications and relationship management.
• Develop and execute the Parent Ambassador program, handling recruitment, focus groups and ongoing engagement.
• Review user‑generated content against guidelines and collaborate with Influencer and Social teams to spotlight standout members.
• Identify opportunities to improve the community experience and pilot new programs.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for brand storytelling.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Passion for building authentic relationships and fostering community loyalty.

Required skills

• Experience with community moderation and engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with virtual event tools and online discussion facilitation.
• Ability to evaluate user‑generated content against brand guidelines.
