Community Manager – Indigo 19

About the role
The Community Manager for Indigo 19 will oversee daily operations of the assigned property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
- Review marketing data and set rent rates to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
