About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of an assigned property in Hollywood, FL, ensuring smooth team coordination, financial performance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, monitor rent collection, and achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
