Community Manager – Haven

About the role
The Community Manager – Haven will oversee the daily operations of a lease‑up property with 134 units in Menifee, California. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Drive lease‑up activities, marketing initiatives, and resident onboarding to achieve occupancy targets.
- Maintain property standards, oversee unit turnover, and coordinate with the development team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of community management experience, with lease‑up experience preferred.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience in multifamily housing operations.
