Community Manager – Foxtail Commons

About the role

The Community Manager for Foxtail Commons will oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial targets and resident satisfaction are met. This position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a high‑performing community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related housing regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, financial reporting, and market analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
