Community Manager for The Tenzing Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of The Tenzing property. The role combines property management, leasing, and resident relations to ensure financial performance and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, process evictions, and collect fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
