Community Manager for The Orchards at Arlington Highlands

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations and team activities at The Orchards at Arlington Highlands. The role focuses on achieving financial and operational goals while fostering a vibrant resident community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate team members, daily activities, and resources to meet financial and operational targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff in line with company policies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by building a strong community culture.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, and requests.
• Conduct daily huddles, community inspections, and market analysis.
• Supervise leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Represent Greystar at internal and external events and participate in outreach marketing.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in managing a multifamily community or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle resident issues and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
