Community Manager for The Isley at Windsor Hill

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Isley at Windsor Hill, a stabilized garden‑stage property with 332 units. This role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth property operations.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate financial records.
