Community Manager for The Arvon Property

About the role

The Community Manager for The Arvon will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of this residential property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management with a focus on budgeting and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with insurance and contractual requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and adjust leasing strategies.
