Community Manager for Prose New Hope Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Prose New Hope garden‑style community in Raleigh, NC. The role combines resident engagement, financial oversight, and property administration to ensure a vibrant, well‑maintained living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Collect rent, process payments, handle bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile charges to appropriate accounting codes.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional weekend availability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
