Community Manager for Paramount at Cedar Lodge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at the Paramount at Cedar Lodge property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage resident relations, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting by reviewing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly and coordinate with accounting.
• Maintain petty cash, control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, manage evictions and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through community events and responsive service.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of property management software and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in lease administration and vendor management.
