Community Manager for Marlowe Natomas Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Marlowe Natomas lease‑up community. You will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably with lease‑up communities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of resident service.
• Knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations.
