Community Manager for Luxury Multifamily Property

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Matson Mill luxury multifamily property. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements and monitor performance against targets.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease administration, approve resident applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, enforce notices, process evictions and collect late fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multifamily regulations.
• Lead and train property staff to deliver high‑quality resident services.

Required profile

• Current Community or Property Manager with experience managing a luxury multifamily property of 200+ units.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to meet revenue and expense targets.
• Knowledge of multifamily housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
