Community Manager for Luxury Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a stabilized luxury apartment community of 910 units in VOX. The role involves day‑to‑day property operations, financial performance, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property, including staff supervision and resident relations.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget, analyze financial statements, and achieve targeted revenue.
• Collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures and maintain the petty‑cash fund within budget limits.
• Oversee lease administration: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and coordinate evictions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager in luxury apartment communities.
• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and budgeting processes.
