Community Manager for Escena Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Escena property, driving resident engagement, financial performance and compliance with Greystar policies and applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and manage communication between vendors, accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and develop budgets.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
