Community Manager for Elizabeth Commons Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Elizabeth Commons apartment community in Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to property leadership, you will ensure the property meets its financial targets, maintains high resident satisfaction, and complies with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site staff, schedule work, and coordinate resources to deliver seamless property operations.
• Monitor and control operating expenses, assist in budget preparation, and analyze financial statements to achieve budgeted goals.
• Enforce Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Lead resident engagement initiatives, address service requests, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and marketing teams during the lease‑up phase of the 292‑unit garden‑style community.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency.
