Community Manager for Elan Madison Yards

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Elan Madison Yards mid‑rise property. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, handle renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management for mid‑rise, stabilized residential assets.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
