Community Manager for Coventry Park Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its Coventry Park property. The role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring resident satisfaction, and meeting financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property’s annual budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Maintain petty cash, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Oversee lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
