Community Manager for Celebration Pointe Property

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Celebration Pointe community, a 282‑unit garden‑style property. The role combines resident engagement with property‑management responsibilities to ensure a vibrant, well‑maintained living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the annual budget by reviewing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses to the appropriate chart of accounts and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including application approvals, lease renewals, rent discounts, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and oversee maintenance and petty‑cash controls.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
