Community Manager for Berkeley Homes

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Berkeley Homes townhome community in Moncks Corner, SC. The role involves leading the on‑site team, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving financial performance of the stabilized 114‑unit property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staff activities, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Achieve targeted revenue and occupancy metrics through effective marketing and resident engagement.
• Coordinate maintenance, leasing, and resident services to maintain property standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multi‑family housing operations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
