Community Manager for Benton Pointe Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Benton Pointe property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. This role combines property management, resident relations, and compliance responsibilities within Greystar’s real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead on‑site teams and interact with residents.
