Community Manager for Avana Stoneridge Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Avana Stoneridge property, a stabilized garden‑style community of 354 units. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure the property meets its financial and operational goals while delivering a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including team supervision, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, posting payments promptly, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and coordinate evictions when necessary.
• Collect late fees and other allowable charges in accordance with lease terms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
