Community Manager for Avana City North

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Avana City North mid‑rise property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Manage lease enforcement, including application approvals, lease renewals, rent discounts, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate assets.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate with vendors, owners, and residents, and maintain high service standards.
