Community Manager for Ascend on Peoria

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Ascend on Peoria property. The role combines resident engagement with the financial and operational management of a multifamily community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Ensure rent collection, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and allocate charges to the correct chart-of-accounts.
• Manage lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, discounts, inspections, evictions and late-fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-term leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through timely communication and community events.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
