Community Manager for Alta Lofts on the Levee

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Alta Lofts on the Levee property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the community runs smoothly during the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
• Manage petty cash and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to inform short‑ and long‑term strategies.

Required profile

• Experience managing a multifamily property or similar real‑estate operation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong organizational and team‑leadership abilities.
