Community Manager for Alta Croft Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Alta Croft property in Charlotte, NC. The role combines operational management, financial oversight, and resident services to ensure the property meets its budget and performance targets while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations and staff to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges and coordinate payments.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends affecting the property and implement appropriate adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily/property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
