Community Manager - Evoni

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Evoni property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, discounts, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to devise short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies that achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management with a focus on multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with residents, staff, and owners.
