Community Manager – Edge

About the role

Greystar is looking for a Community Manager to lead the Edge property in Anaheim. The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the on‑site team, and ensuring the property meets its financial and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized 371‑unit community.
• Lead and coordinate property staff, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of community management experience in multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on‑site staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
