Community Manager – Cascades at Southern Hills

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Cascades at Southern Hills property. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the community meets financial and service goals while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
• Knowledge of relevant housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and owners.
