Community Manager - Ascend at Forum

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Ascend at Forum property, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. This position combines budgeting, lease administration, and market analysis to drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or related real‑estate operations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Excellent analytical and financial management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
