Community Manager – Alta Riverside

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Alta Riverside property. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, team members, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
