Community Manager – Active Adult Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations of an Active Adult community in Sandalwood Village, Naples, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining strong financial performance, and ensuring full regulatory compliance for residents aged 55+.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, and requests, resolving issues with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Prepare and submit accurate accounting, financial, administrative, and operational reports on schedule.
• Act as primary liaison with ownership, investors, and regional/asset management teams, presenting performance updates and market insights.
• Provide recommendations for asset preservation, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of onsite team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and certifications.
• Manage lease enforcement, including periodic inspections, notice requirements, evictions, and collection of late fees.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead onsite teams and deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other housing regulations.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and operational budgeting.
