Community Manager – Abrazo (Pathstone)

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Abrazo community at Pathstone, a 214‑unit cottage‑style property in Pensacola, Florida. This full‑time role focuses on achieving financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Abrazo community, coordinating staff and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Lead on‑site team members, supervising daily activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
• Monitor revenue, occupancy and marketing performance during the lease‑up stage.
• Contribute to budget development by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and budgeting processes.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule in Pensacola, Florida.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Team leadership and on‑site operational management.
