About the role

The Community Manager for 4000 Margaret will oversee the daily operations of this multifamily garden‑style property. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and analyze budgets, reviewing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate coding to the appropriate Chart of Accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, implementing short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multifamily residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Effective leadership and team‑management skills.
