Community Manager – 1550 On The Charles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the 1550 On The Charles property. The role combines resident engagement with operational management to ensure financial performance, compliance, and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Manage lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or a related real‑estate role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
