Community Engagement Manager

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager will be the primary bridge between poppi and its audience, overseeing both digital and real‑world interactions. You will nurture a 2M+ social following, lead a 90K+ ambassador program, and create community‑driven activations that deepen emotional connections and boost brand sentiment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end community management across social platforms, including comments, DMs, fan mail, and hotline voicemails.
• Monitor and analyze community sentiment to guide brand tone, actions, and opportunities.
• Use community feedback to influence product, content, and marketing decisions.
• Lead and grow the TYB ambassador community, driving participation, advocacy, and ongoing engagement.
• Design and deliver surprise‑and‑delight moments and IRL events, planning quarterly community gatherings nationwide.
• Manage audience sampling, milestone requests, and trend‑led cultural opportunities.
• Onboard, mentor, and develop a direct report to scale community operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and brand teams to embed community insights into broader campaigns and support crisis response.

Required profile

• Passionate about community building with a strong instinct for tone and timing.
• Excellent relationship‑driving skills, both online and in person.
• Experience leading large ambassador or loyalty programs.
• Ability to translate community feedback into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activations and events.
