Community Engagement Manager – 5th Avenue

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager will act as a brand ambassador for Moncler’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue, driving the acquisition of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra‑High Net Worth (UHNW) clients through strategic networking, partnership development, and curated experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, cultural leaders and opinion makers.
• Develop and execute local partnership strategies with luxury hotels, private clubs, concierge networks, wealth‑management firms and cultural institutions.
• Create exclusive events and activations that generate qualified client leads and increase foot traffic to the flagship.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership, Client Relations & Development and regional partners to convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Track, report and analyse client acquisition metrics, partnership performance and sales impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, high‑net‑worth client acquisition or brand partnership development.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and networking abilities within New York’s luxury ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of turning networks into measurable sales results.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and represent the brand at high‑profile events.
